i have been collecting some things and found these lovely repair jobs - was enjoying them so much had to share

this morning we woke up as usual....my little girl walked outside cos she wanted vegemite instead of peanut butter on her toast...usual thing.

She had been outside for a while, so checked out the back, went inside and just out of the corner of my eye i saw this pattern on the table....
my other big girl went 'muuuuum' and then it dawned upon me.....

a big (like BIGGGGG) 3 metre carpet python was on the table....shhhhiiittttttt
i jumped and freaked. Man, it was freaky...am still freaking out.

We also have a pet water moniter and birds....people asked me how do you live in this wild land and now i pause to ponder whether i will want to have breakfast outside again!!!

there is heaps of light in the gallery, however over the past week it has been dark, thundery and cloudy so only a soft, subdued light. However, makes you want to curl up in a blanket, of which there are some in the show, so maybe there is some benefit??

have looked at these for years and never bothered to photograph

i keep wondering how to do this on fabric meself...not sure???

need a steady rain source, sun, concrete and leaves...hmmmm

might be investigative study for future reference....
